Under construction. Given what we know about galvanized pipe, without N2 protection and without paint protection in a highly corrosive tropical environment this design would not have met my approval and is a disservice to the client.

Analysis of steel bolted uninsulated 100,000 gallon water storage tank located above grade in a winter environment and the amount of energy needed for a water injection boiler system. The tank exhibited freezing ice on exterior of tank and on surface of water inside tank. The boiler installed was only 40 kw. Undersized from day one. Tank is located 22 km south of the Baltic Ocean.
