Exposed electrical components. Photographed as found. The A/C switch is shown off but the breaker is actually indicating on. No lock out tag out. Young adults and children have access to this area. The A/C cabinet was open on our arrival (part of our safety assessment inspection contract is to visually inspect all facilities).
